Hey,

Friday afternoons used to be the time when I tried to catch up on everything I had avoided during the week. That made the day feel heavy and usually left me carrying loose ends into the weekend. I changed the routine and now use the last hour for a simple agency review. I look at the conversations that moved forward, the projects that slowed down, and the promises we made that still need an owner. The point is not to build a perfect report. It is to see the business clearly enough to make Monday easier. A surprising amount of growth comes from fixing small points of friction. A proposal sits too long because nobody knows who should follow up. A client asks the same question three times because the handoff was never written down. A good team member waits for a decision that could have been made in ten minutes. None of these issues sounds dramatic, but together they shape how the agency feels to run and how it feels to buy from. The review also forces me to notice capacity. It is tempting to chase more work whenever the pipeline looks active, even if the delivery side is already stretched. Growth that makes the service worse is expensive growth. I would rather know where the strain is early and adjust the pace, the scope, or the staffing before clients feel it. At the end I write three short notes: what to keep doing, what to stop tolerating, and what needs a direct conversation next week. That is usually enough. The business rarely needs another complicated dashboard as much as it needs a few honest decisions made on time. The routine has become one of the calmer parts of my week, and it gives the team a cleaner start when Monday arrives.

I've been hammering on Claude Code lately.

The reverse lead magnet generator. The cold email skills. All of it runs through Claude Code now.

If you've been reading and thinking "this is great but I don't actually know Claude Code yet," this email is for you.

I built a free course called Learn Claude Code in a Weekend.

282 lessons. 10 modules. ~6 hours of video. From total beginner to Claude wizard.

It's built for total beginners. No coding experience required. If you've never opened a terminal, you're the target reader.

You'll start at the beginning. How to install it. How to talk to it like a teammate. How to teach it your business so it remembers what matters across sessions.

Then we get into the practical stuff. How to hook Claude up to the tools you already use (your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets) so it takes real action instead of just answering questions. How to package up the way you run specific tasks so Claude can do them on demand. The cold email skill I sent earlier? You'll know exactly how to install them and adapt them to your own setup.

Every concept gets a short video walkthrough plus a quiz to lock it in. The lessons are bite-sized. The path is structured, so you're not burning Saturday stitching together 30 random YouTube tutorials and hoping you covered the right stuff.

Block off Saturday. Maybe half of Sunday. By Monday morning you'll have Claude Code installed, configured, and doing real work for your business.

This is the most important skill you could learn in 2026 so do not sleep on this.

P.S. By Monday I want you running the Cold Email Strategy skill I sent inside your own Claude Code project. Reply and tell me how it went. I read every reply.
